Blended Learning

While the optimum scenario for learning interpersonal skills is still the live, in-person workshop, the realities of today’s dispersed and budget conscious teams require options.

Technically Speaking is pleased to offer the following blending learning solutions to meet this growing need: 

1. Prerecorded sessions

Pre-recorded sessions are available on many of the available training modules.  These can be purchased for one time use or licensed for future viewing.

Based on client needs, pre-recorded sessions may be presentation-oriented, with the presenter speaking to the group about the topic at hand with minimum attendee participation.  These usually last about 30 minutes. 

Or, the session may take on more of a training look and feel, with attendees being given brief application exercises to complete during the session.  These generally run 45 minutes to one hour.

2. Webinars

Using popular meeting software, sessions can be facilitated on most of the current curriculum options.  These are conducted live and include extensive participant input and interaction.  For geographically disperse teams that would benefit from a more interactive session, this option is highly recommended.  

As with pre-recorded sessions, these can be stored for later viewing.  Managers find the ability to go back and listen particularly useful as a tool to monitor team progress and assess future needs. Run times usually last 60-75 minutes per webinar.
