Summary
PS consultants have many opportunities to bring clients together in order to ensure PS direction is in alignment with client goals and to generate new ideas and creative visions.
These should be two-way exchanges and require the consultant to use very specific facilitation skills to ensure success. In Facilitating the Client Meeting for Professional Services, participants will learn these skills, with enough lab time allocated to build a high level of comfort and confidence for participants in the application of these techniques.
