Management Reinforcement

A key element of Technically Speaking’s commitment to providing results-oriented training solutions is the Management Reinforcement Process.  This process includes the following:

  • A pre-workshop e-mail from sponsoring managers that includes a course description, program objectives and recommendations for facilitating a post-workshop discussion.
  • An in-class written action plan completed by participants to review with managers after the session in order to encourage immediate application of key learning points.
  • Customized coaching questions based on workshop content for managers to leverage.
  • A post-workshop meeting between sponsoring managers and Technically Speaking facilitators to debrief the classroom experience and share facilitator observations.
