Time Maximization for Presales Teams

Time is still our most precious and scarcest resource. In this module, participants will have the opportunity to examine and assess how they use their time and craft strategies for increasing productivity. They will learn the proactive behaviors and techniques that result in an enhanced feeling of control over their time.

Participants will learn how to:

  • React to crisis requests/firefighting
  • Improve email use efficiency
  • Co-establish goals and priorities
  • Analyze the impact of typical daily activities on achieving high priority goals (with Technically Speaking’s Role Analysis Matrix)
  • Analyzing the impact of their typical daily activities outside of work on achieving high priority personal goals
  • Manage time in meetings
  • Say “No” when appropriate, while maintaining a collaborative environment
